How To Return

Returns Terms & Conditions

30-Day Return Policy:

In our commitment to ensuring your satisfaction, we offer a hassle-free 30-day return policy. If, within 30 days of purchase, you decide that your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, we welcome returns. To initiate a return, simply ensure that the items are in their original condition, with tags attached. Please note that returns initiated after the 30-day window will regrettably not be accepted.

Sale Items:

Sale items are classified as FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged, with no exceptions. Furthermore, promotional codes cannot be applied to these items. Isla & Saige does not offer price adjustments or partial refunds for orders placed before promotions.

Exchanges:

If you adore your piece but require a different size or color, please email us at hello@islaandsaige.com to get your exchange started. 

Retail Partner Returns:

Products received from our retail partners should be returned directly to them. Please follow the instructions provided in your package for the return process. Isla & Saige will not accept returns for items purchased through our retail partners.

International Returns:

We're diligently working to expand our returns internationally, but for now, we exclusively accept returns within the USA. Rest assured, we're committed to broadening our return capabilities to serve our global community in the near future.

Limited-Edition Styles:

Select limited-edition styles are eligible for return within 7-14 business days of the shipping date. Please check the eligibility period for your specific item.

Past Habitual Abuse of Return Policy:

On occasions of past habitual abuse of our return policy, Isla & Saige reserves the right to decline future returns from the customer.

Refund:

We stand behind our goods and services. Refunds will be applied to the original tender with which the items were purchased.

Shipping Costs:

Please note that order shipping costs to ship items to you are non-refundable. Ground Shipping is free for orders over $300 for all US customers.
